In a food processor, blender, or by hand, finely chop leaves of about a handful (a loose cup?) of fresh parsley and about 1/4 cup fresh dill. Do this first or end up with green ranch. Trust me.
- To the chopped herbs, add in 1/2 cup good sour cream like @strausmilk or @greenvalleycreamery organic
- Add 1/2 cup good mayo (I like @sirkensingtons organic)
- Add 1/2 cup good buttermilk
- Add 1 tsp @bragglivefoodproducts apple cider vinegar
- Add 1 tsp Worcestershire
- Add 1/2 tsp garlic granules
- Add 1/4 tsp onion powder
- Add 1/4 tsp salt & pepper.
- Blend to combine.
That’s it! Seriously THE best ranch.
