Buttermilk Ranch

In a food processor, blender, or by hand, finely chop leaves of about a handful (a loose cup?) of fresh parsley and about 1/4 cup fresh dill. Do this first or end up with green ranch. Trust me.

  1. To the chopped herbs, add in 1/2 cup good sour cream like @strausmilk or @greenvalleycreamery organic
  2. Add 1/2 cup good mayo (I like @sirkensingtons organic)
  3. Add 1/2 cup good buttermilk
  4. Add 1 tsp @bragglivefoodproducts apple cider vinegar
  5. Add 1 tsp Worcestershire
  6. Add 1/2 tsp garlic granules
  7. Add 1/4 tsp onion powder
  8. Add 1/4 tsp salt & pepper.
  9. Blend to combine.

That’s it! Seriously THE best ranch.
