Super simple Saturday (or any day) breakfast that wows.
No bananas or rain necessary.
Melt about 5 Tbs butter in an oven safe pan or baking dish at 400° for – few minutes while you prepare the batter
Whisk or blend up:
6 eggs
1 cup flour (I used @bobsredmill 1:1 gluten free blend)
1 cup @raw_farm_by_op milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 pinch @redmondrealsalt
Pour the batter into the hot pan full of melted butter
Bake at 400° for 15 minutes
Remove, slice, serve.
I topped ours with powdered coconut sugar I made in the blender (just coconut sugar and a bit of tapioca flour until you get the powdery texture you want) and fresh strawberries.
