4 very ripe bananas
1/4 cup melted @raw_farm_by_op butter or ghee or vegan butter of choice
1/2 cup nut butter of choice
1/2 cup coconut flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
Generous pinch of salt
-As many chocolate chips as your heart desires. I like @hukitchen
-2 scoops @just.ingredients vanilla protein powder
You can pop this all in a blender or food processor before adding the chocolate chips. Or whisk up the eggs and mash the bananas by hand before stirring in the rest.
Pour into a loaf pan. I line mine with @ifyoucare_usa unbleached parchment paper first. Don’t forget to crumple it first to help it stay in place.
Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Serve with more butter and enjoy 🤍
