Clean Eatin’ Chocolate Chip Cookies

Deliciously chewy and moist. Perfectly sweet. No grains or refined sugars. Just a few simple and wholesome ingredients. Combine. Bake. Enjoy.

Whisk dry ingredients together in one bowl

  • 2+2/3 cups blanched almond flour (@traderjoes has a great product for a great price)
  • 1 tsp aluminum free baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp ceylon cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp himalayan sea salt

Combine liquid ingredients in a separate bowl

  • 2 eggs (I like @vitalfarms)
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup

Pour liquid into dry and combine.
To this add 1/2 cup melted coconut oil and 1/2 cup or a bucket of @enjoylifefoods dark chocolate chips.

Makes about 2 dozen. Scoop onto unbleached parchment lined cookie sheets. I use a small ice cream scoop. You can use teaspoons otherwise. Tap pan on counter to help the dough flatten a smidge. Bake at 350• for 13 minutes and invite me over. Thank you!
