Strawberry coconut whipped cream hearts and a @traderjoes soft bake snickerdoodle for my little loves.
- I used my regular whipped coconut cream recipe, but did it all in the food processor.
- Add a half a bag of freeze dried strawberries.
- Crush those up in the food processor until it becomes a powder then add all the other ingredients.
- A can of coconut cream from the refrigerator (no liquid).
- A drizzle of honey or coconut sugar or maple for #vegan, monk fruit for#keto.
- Pinch of pink salt.
- 1 tsp of vanilla.
Let the food processor whip up. Spread into heart shaped silicone mold. Freeze solid. Remove and store in a glass container in the freezer until serving. They’re a delicious treat all in their own and full of vitamins, minerals, and healthy fats.????????????
