I try to eat and serve the rainbow often. This is the snack my two toddlers have today.
- Red bell pepper
- Carrot
- Raw cheddar from @organicpasturesdairy
- Peeled cucumber
- Plantain chips
- Beet chips.
Fun textures and so colorful and delicious. I try and have snack at the same times every day so their bodies can charge up on nourishing and filling foods throughout the day and still be hungry for mealtimes. We’re not grazers here.
