Do What You Can Today

Keep it real. There’s almost never a “good time” to overhaul your life or do a detox or make big changes. And there’s almost never a good enough reason if ever to delay healing in any form. You deserve it. Don’t take on more than you can reasonably carry. If it’s unsustainable, the perceived failure can often be a deterrent from trying again. Just do what you can with what you’re able. My mama always tells me to keep putting one foot in front of the other. I mostly do. You can too.

Wherever you are on this journey, you can start today. Maybe it’s reading a label. Maybe it’s taking time to rest. It could be eliminating something. Adding something. Seeking truth wherever it leads you. Drinking more water. You choose. This is your personal journey. Whatever it might be, do something for you today that will have lasting benefit.
