If you made some DIY gifts with me for Mother’s Day, you likely have some extra glass bottles like this. This is a more masculine version of the detox bath in a bottle we made then. For the dudes in your life who enjoy a nice soak ????
This is a 7oz glass bottle but use whatever you’ve got or like. I filled about 2/3 with Epsom salt. Top that with a tsp of ascorbic acid if you have any. In a separate wood or glass container and non-metal spoon I mixed about 1/4 cup @redmondrealsalt bentonite clay with a few drops each of frankincense, eucalyptus, and cedarwood essential oils. A great combo for relaxing, skin healing, and opening the airways. Pop a lid on and bless a Chandler Bing type fellow in your life.
One bottle for one bath.
