Eat the Rainbow

We are so fortunate. The things we need to fuel, heal, and give life to our bodies are also beautiful, varied in texture, shape, flavors, and color, and so incredibly delicious.

Eating the rainbow helps ensure a well balanced and varied intake of vitamins, nutrients, and minerals. And it’s just seriously gorgeous, tasty, and fun!

Sometimes I just get blown away by the sheer volume in options we have in real and whole food items. We could be surviving off primarily or solely ONE type of plant or animal. Poor koalas 🐨. What a blessing to get to taste and experience so many things and the endless combinations they can create.
