Eat well, feel more well. Eat well, feel more balanced, lower anxiety, more peace, … happier.

Food is not my God. My God has given me fuel for my body and He knew what He was doing. Eating by that design not only makes me feel more physically well, it has the power to help my mental and emotional wellness.
