A less messy way to eat a pomegranate ???? Big improvement to the other ways I’ve tried that end with my kitchen looking like a crime scene.
1- score the ridges that separate each segment
2- break open along these cuts, under water for zero mess
3- gently pop the perils out by hand under water
4- remove membrane that floats to the surface
5- strain and enjoy!
*next time I’m trying another trick some of you sent me where I’ll score around the “crown” and remove that first. Then follow the other steps.
