How I cook on stainless steel without food sticking or making a big ol’ mess.
There’s a bit of a learning curve when you switch to less toxic materials like stainless steel and cast iron pans. This is pretty much the method for these types of pans:
✨Low – medium/low heat for most foods.
✨Let your pan warm thoroughly before adding any fat or food. Typically this takes longer than you think. Give it a few minutes or more.
✨Add a good fat.
✨Cook.
It might take a touch longer than you’re used to but there will be little to no sticking or messy clean up. And you’ll be able to cook on these healthier materials beautifully and without hesitation.
