Staying the Course

This isn’t about some radical overnight life change. This about taking the next best step. Making changes, big or small. Shifting our lives over time in sustainable ways. A drastic overhaul most often does not last. It’s possible, of course! And if that’s your style and you have the ability to, by all means, go for it! But if you throw out your whole pantry today and start fresh only to allow toxins to creep back in months or years down the road and end up right back where you were yesterday, that’s not serving you now or later. I’ve seen it happen many many times.

Staying the course > Massive overhaul

We’re in this for the long haul. Making our lives less toxic is moving forward in ways that make sense for us. I always remind myself and like to remind you too…

“Do what you can, with what you’re able, as it makes sense for you.”

And just keep doing it. It’s making a difference. Replacing that almost empty package with something less toxic may seem small but over time, those changes really add up. Most often, those seemingly little shifts are the ones that sustain. You made a conscious effort and decision. That will do more than change what’s in your cupboard. It’s shifting your mindset and perspective too. Just keep growing. xo
