This Messaging Is So Tired

Attn: there are likely typos in this post. I trust you’ll decipher any and get the message just fine.

I shared these sentiments during my last adventure through the airport and you asked me to make it shareable. I hope this helps.

I know some of you, like some in my own family and life, work in environments where hand sanitizer may be strongly encouraged or even required. I don’t know your department or specifics about your unique policies. Some will allow alternatives for a variety of reasons. Look into it, ask questions, propose reasonable solutions. HOCl, for example, is among items listed by government organizations as effective for the latest infectious things.

Two years ago, those same agencies told us to stop oversanitizing everything. Policy and procedure takes time to catch up. You are not a policy or procedure.

Hand sanitizer, in my opinion, is not the end of the world. It’s one area to consider. Your health and well-being is multifaceted and your circumstances are unique. As always, do the best you can, with what you’re able, and as it makes sense for YOU.
